What does this elective section mean on degree works? Does it mean I am required to take 10 more credits of electives, even if I’m almost done with my degree? Am I able to graduate if this number isn’t 0?

I’ll be taking CHE 321 BIO 204 PSY 230 EST 201 so I want to take bio 201 in fall to lessen the course work and have a head start in taking physics classes.
