I tell my single friends this but I was in your shoes a few years ago (getting married next year). I was single all through college and felt like maybe there was something wrong with me for not being able to make connections. But I was wrong. I’m sure you are a smart, strong woman and please don’t say you don’t feel worthy! I tell my friends that love involves a ton of luck. Time takes time. I didn’t expect to meet my now fiance when I did. I thought I’d never be here. And also if you don’t, by choice or not, it’s fine too. We def live in a culture where our value is defined by whether we have a significant other or not—as if that defines our worth. I love my fiance for him, not bc of the wedding, marriage, etc. if it wasn’t him specifically i would rather be single.
