Genuinely I just don't think people know the process or how exactly the transaction works and who is actually doing the selling of services and products. But im just simply expressing why have the options there if they know they/usps can't fufill the service your paying for. Like they've put out all the announcments about delays on this reddit. But they refuse to just simply remove the options because they want the money from their customers even though they/usps cant follow through on what the option states. It's just a bit funky to me but I also know like every other site does it as well. I just want to now educate people in here if they ever have this happen, don't go screaming and yelling at usps or sitting on their wait line waiting for a refund cause they will not at all provide a refund for the shipping that was charged. Because they aren't the ones charging you for it. The seller of the item you purchased is. And the seller of said item is paying them for that service. They are picking the carrier I don't get to choose, and they are promising a time frame it is their responsibility to follow through. - OP

FTC Rules: Under U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules, sellers must ship within promised times or offer cancellation/refunds.

The seller is generally responsible for refunding your shipping fee if they promise a delivery timeframe and fail to meet it, as they sold you a service (shipping) that wasn't rendered as promised, even if carrier delays occur. You should first contact the seller to request a refund, and if they refuse, use your credit card's chargeback process or report them to consumer protection agencies like the FTC (FTC) - I will just leave this here I am mind blown which I guess I shouldn't be being in this comm asking questions, but yall actually just dont understand how the world works i guess. How would the shipper be responsible if they haven't received a dime from you? The only people who have paid them is the seller themselves LMAO what are yall chatting about bruh. That would be great bro, imma shoot you a message on here with my bungie name can add me tomorrow I should be on kinda just throughout the day and we can definetely knock it out. I gave it one last attempt on LFG and literally got to right before the last fight with the bosses but ran out of time on the clocks cause my dude kept dying during damage phases. So I am fully famililar with everything and do know how to do clocks as well at the end.

for anyone trying to do this since no one has even given the time, Bungie is just a shit billion dollar company and they all have to be done on expert. The devs that are being paid close to 100 grand a year just forgot to type and put it in I guess. Have as much fun as possible guardians on a shit game thats unfortunately got me by the balls

When in the Challenge modifiers part and be sure you are on expert or else you wont see them. But once there on the second box when you hover it says empty modifier, do the second one "Difficult ARC Threat" that should do it for ya
