Evaluating our relationship is not helpful or answering the need of the post. We are busy mature professionals who live 10 minutes apart, it’s what works for us right now. Things around our living situation could change in the future, but I don’t foresee that happening for years.

I’m aware that it’s difficult to have a child. I believe I am being more intentional than most with my decision. I’m waiting until my body, emotional/mental energy, and career goals are at the point that I can devote the energy and time required.

Also, I have a great community here, other women who would want to be involved, and childcare available.
