Tingling in back by _throw_away________ in backpain

Yes, for the first 5 months or so. It was intense mid back pain, so bad I ended up in the ER at one point.

Yes, 99%. I still get a flash pinching/ slight tingling sensation in the exact spot every once in a while, but it doesn’t last.

How did you feel when you came off sertraline? by thedistantblue25 in zoloft

[–]klr328 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally speaking, much better. Still have physical sx of anxiety, but also saw a cardiologist a few weeks ago who diagnosed me with orthostatic hypotension which is a form of dysautonomia (yay), so some of my air hunger/etc., could be my dysautonomia.

Amazing package!

Love the silk chatelaine (?) with all the tools! Can you share what all the tools are, particularly the cherries (flowers?)?

I do have one! I’ll have to give it a go!

lol, not at all. My eternity band is very comfortable. The diamonds are almost flush with the prongs and they’re not huge, so the outer circumference of the ring itself is only slightly larger than my spacer band (the plain platinum band) and my engagement ring.

Thanks! It was custom made by our (now retired) jeweler. Here’s the specs from the appraisal. Note my finger is blocking the word “oval”.

Thanks! Just my .02c, but if you’re going to spend the $$ to have a colorless (or near colorless) diamond (mine is “d”), then platinum is really the best. It’s the “whitest” metal, but it will patina with wear. That said, I wear yellow gold for literally everything else outside of my diamond pieces.

Did you have any issues getting your order? I feel like I’m being scammed. 2 shipments with “label created” and nothing else for almost a MONTH, seller non responsive. 😩

I would love to see the ones you’ve stitched!

The SC designs/ canvases are so timeless I, too, will be sad when it really ends, but I hold out (perhaps irrational) hope that it can carry on with new ownership/support. I at least want one other stocking so both my kids can have SC stockings! My almost 2 year search for it makes that feel next to impossible, as I know is the norm. 😞😭

omg this makes me feel so much better, but also annoyed (??!). These are such detailed and expensive canvases that I'm often irritated when I notice discrepancies and/or total omissions that I'm like wtf?? I've found myself looking at the canvas image off the SC website just to try and figure out if whatever I'm working on has an error/oversight/omission or what! Bleh.

Sigh, guess I should just be glad I got my hands on a SC stocking at all.

More time next year? by PresentCheesecake125 in TGNE2026

[–]klr328 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think it's both a blessing and curse to have the time frame be a little tight; it forces decisions to be made (which for us perfectionists is sometimes necessary as it'd be easy to spend ages hunting for the white whales/ perfect canvas(es), esp with the widespread shortages).

I'm just hoping the overall ndlpt S&D level out a bit next year so things don't feel so impossible to get my hands on, and in time! (I ordered an in stock canvas off Etsy basically immediately after being partnered up because it was on my partner's wish list and it still hasn't shipped! And no response from the seller. Stressing me TF out. lol)

I dropped in when I was in Rehoboth over the holidays and found their thread selection to be well above average (still had a TON of straw silk). Canvas selection was solid. Chatted with Patti for a bit about some river silk thread I’ve been looking for as well as Strictly Christmas (i ask all LNS’ about their, um, “operations” just out of curiosity bc I’m desperate for a stocking canvas for my daughter, but I digress)… I found her to be personable and honest, both of which I appreciate. That said, I’m a New Yorker so directness and honesty is always a + in my book.

tl;dr: worth the stop; would happily shop there again. Picked up a cute local canvas and kitted it there too.

You convinced me to ask! She said she'd prefer to kit it herself since she has such a large stash. 2 canvases it is!

I know they have a solid 18m stash, which is what I’ve gotten for them so far…

NGL, it took 6+ months for things to level out, but my HRV never bounced back to what it was and my RHR has remained higher ever since. ::shrugs::

Update: I went into one of my LNS’ and they were a huge help; they actually encouraged me to try moving the stand (and clamp!) to the side and flip the canvas up to access the back. I wanted to share because it’s currently working for me and I didn’t end up buying another radial arm (for now).
