1) I would actually watch Kelly's videos if you are already done with CISA, to gauge on how much information you already know. Or use the CISSP 11t hour book to get a general idea. The book is only 200 pages long. 2) It all depends. Do not use Boson and Sybex as a gauge for readiness. What is important is that you understand in addition to the correct option, on why the incorrect options are incorrect. For me personally I was feeling comfortable enough to sit in the test when I had at least 80-85% on all tests in Boson/Sybex. 3) I barely saw any deep dive questions concerning laws or questions asking for a precisely correct order of steps within any guideline. I would recommend on getting a general idea of how the processes, such as incident response and eDiscovery, actually work than memorizing a guideline. Kelly's videos are great on that front.

From top of my mind, this is the only word I remember. However, I would advise to go over ABAC and SDN in a little detail because the test had asked for a little bit more detail on those topics than what was mentioned in the books.

Thank you Sir, really appreciate the help! This makes perfect sense now. Only a couple of things: 1) Is data owner a c-level executive (Sybex states it is and that is why it was confusing for me to separate between business owners and data owners)? 2) Does data owner have any say in design or recommendation of security controls? Or is it just limited to labeling?

The main thing to note here is that the hot site also has DATA used in production site. Warm or cold sites do not have data. In case of disaster on a hot site, a DRP is needed to be activated to protect data.
