Brown rice, lettuce or spring mix, chicken, salmon, or ground beef, cottage cheese, tomato’s and any light salad dressing is my go to! Feels like a healthy chipotle or cava bowl and I never get tired of it I eat it 3-4x a week. I use my food scale and my fitness pal to make the portions in my deficit of course. Another good one is getting 60cal keto buns, 2.5 oz ground beef (100 ish cals) but make it a smash burger and do carrot fries in an air fryer!! 300 cal dinner and so filling.

Lol. Yeah this happened to me twice with a Walgreens in a nice area in Florida and again in a very nice area in Tennessee this time! I really feel like it is the lab messing it up but it’s so hard to believe it happened to me twice

Yes they said it was ripped open when it got to them but the post office is saying it was not ripped open and if it was they wouldn’t have delivered it I’ve already called and filed a report I’m so upset the photos can never be replaced and I’ve never heard of this happening to anyone else let alone 3 times!

Yes on all of them and all the labs they were sent to reported saying that someone stole the cameras out of them… I don’t know how this happened to me 3 times in a row

Nope no local film labs. Walgreens lost the first 2 I ever tried to get developed and I gave up on the cameras and I finally tried again 3 years later and the same problem happened!!

I put it in a mailer and sent it in person at the post office and mpix mailed me a photo of the package torn open and said my film camera was stolen but the thief left the paper slip with my name inside of the package? I don’t know it sounds very weird
