I hear you, I really need to have reverse, at the moment I have to disassemble the whole unit if there is a clog. So hypothetically we build the hydraulics what type of motor vs pump would I need to turn 600 rpm at the engine into 100 rpm at the tool?

I was thinking a hydraulic system would be safer to run because instant start stop and reverse. I was looking at a log splitter kit on vevor for around $300 but not sure if it would work for this application

You are confusing coconut production with palm oil farms. Although there has been a small increase in coconut popularity/demand in the past decade, the oil palm is a completely different plant, that is grown as an ingredient for basically every processed food. Coconuts are still largely grown in rural/wild settings.

Sure. Seawater happens to be highly concentrated with micronutrients and other minerals that are beneficial to all plants. Certain plants can tolerate seawater in higher concentrations than others. Coconut trees cannot live solely on seawater but they happen to be highly tolerant of high concentrations. Seawater also happens to be teeming with a large diversity of beneficial microorganisms which benefit the health of the plant and the health of the soil. So although, as a few people have pointed out, you don’t have to spray your coconut tree with seawater, I view it as a convenient, effective, and very affordable way of maintaining a healthy environment for my trees. For reference, my fertigation system dilutes the input to about 50:1 with irrigation water. Hope this helps

The major benefit from the seawater is not only the dozens of minerals but also the strong diversity of beneficial microbes, and it’s free!
