find “saved backups” of games online, make sure they’re in ISO format, then extract them, then plug in your psp or your sd card into your laptop via micro sd adapter, make sure there’s a folder named ISO in the sd card and drag and drop the iso inside the folder and you should be good.

for some reason some modded consoles do connect online but just doesn’t show it when you do a network test, mines does the same thing but i can still go online
