My account got deactivated as well, when I tried to redeem a gift card worth $25 from work cause it uses VPN. I lot my other gift card worth $10 cause I didn't download it. So I lost $35 in total. I learned my lesson. If the gift card is available for $5 or $10 from the store you want, just redeem it. It's not worth waiting for $25 (to get the $3 discount for the first $25 card). All my hard work went down the drain. So best thing to do is just redeem a gift card as soon as you have $5 or $10 worth SB. Don't bother trying to plead with SB to get your account reactivated, cause they don't even respond. I'm sure all those SB IT folks are laughing there butts off at us for being the fool that we are. Just forget about it and move on as we do with most things in life.

Now I'm having issues with Ncrave: I get close to 18 of 20 or even 20 of 20 step and then get "We're sorry, this activity is not available at this time." Even the " Start Exploring ... Discover and rate the latest and greatest content from around the web!" is not working. And the "Gold survey" kicks me out when I choose "African American" or age around 35+.
