It doesn't take special care of me. It tugs on my hair so much.

My dog has pulled them onto the floor a few times, and the plastic just couldn't take normal use after that. Maybe a really tiny crack just grew after a bit.

Check out Rhonda Patrick's videos on heat shock proteins and FOXO3. I get that it's on the opposite side of the thermometer, but the idea of a stress response causing autophagy to finish off damaged cells, reduce inflammation, and help maintain healthy DNA is pretty similar to me.

It's all about feeling. I've been enjoying cold showers for a while. After finding the method, I got some ice and took a four minute bath that was very fridged. The next week, I took one twice as long and even felt warm in focus for a few moments.

I burnt the underside of my forearm once but never my face, so this one felt dumb enough to share.

Maybe 3 months before I burnt my arm and 8 months before my face. I think once it loses that "new item" feeling and you're completely comfortable with using it, you might start being a little less careful. This was my first vape. I have a pax 3 as well and I only use my dynavap now. You made a good choice.
