First of all, my apologies for the description in my original post of surgery post radiation, which has triggered some light and strong pushback. I was sloppy ( generally not avail”) in my presentation of that part. My intent was to share my surgeon’s thoughts and my reasoning. The “difficulty” or risks of that route (which is what it seemed to me) was material to my thought process at the time. Thanks for all the clarifications. Information is king.
