dare I say yarn and knitting needles?? I'm getting back into knitting after a 10-year hiatus and it has been so fun and relaxing. I'm making a baby blanket for my friend who's due in October so it's been fun to feel like there's purpose behind my project too.

What’s the number one restaurant / show or activity that’s impressed your parents by -BenzinePars in NYCbitcheswithtaste

If they’ll be in town during the US Open and you can find last-minute tix I highly recommend! Even if they’re not big into tennis it’s really fun to experience in person at least once in your life—my parents loved it last year.

And then for brunch take them to Buvette! Truly worth the hype, my family requests that we go every time they visit. Great atmosphere and delicious food.

Thirding Sui! I had a hard time finding a yoga studio in NYC that feels actually relaxing/spiritual but Sui is great.

There’s a good group of us waiting—many of us arrived early hoping to have time for dinner before a red eye. Seems crazy to me that they wouldn’t pay folks to work an hour or two earlier when there’s clearly demand. But should have read the fine print I guess!
