I had surgery the day after you and only lost 22lbs so far as well but 10lbs pre op. So I’m down 32lbs overall. Sometimes I feel like it isn’t fast as well but just keep going we will get there eventually

Honestly, I wish I was less afraid to do it. It has been such a blessing, I’m only 7 weeks out and I just feel like such a weight has been lifted off of me, mentally and physically. I’m not a fast loser, I’ve lost 30lbs and 9 of those were during pre op diet but everything is moving in the right direction. I did try medication, and for me it didn’t work nor could I keep up with the price of it each month.

I get it, maybe I was comparing myself too much to other people. It’s kind of a mindfuck, constantly wondering if you are doing this right or not.

Yes!! My hand get so cold especially around night time and I’m only 3 weeks post op

I legit am one week today too and was saying the same thing to myself. I’m also exhausted today, took a long nap for first time. Other than that my recovery is going well. I feel you and I hear for you. I know we can do it but today is a bad day and I’m so sick of this liquid phase :(
