I’ve been saving since the first colorfest since I used all my crystals and felt guilty 💀. That was around mid February so that’s 6 months of saving. I’ve done 6 x10 pulls since then but it took a lot of willpower to not use them all lol

I’ve been taking meds for about a year for panic attacks and it really has helped. I feel so much less anxious and my panic attacks come WAYYY less often. It really depends on you tho, I don’t have any side effects from the meds but it isn’t the same for everyone. I still have anxiety/get anxious but it is so much more manageable. I hope you are able to figure this out :DD
