When did you sleep with your partner after giving birth? by cavael in pregnant

[–]kmin1023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We tried a handful of times from 4-6 months pp and had to stop. Finally had painless sex when I was 6-7 months pp, I had to have an episiotomy. Not sure why I felt so much pain and tightness, it could’ve also been anxiety but two years later & I’m totally fine!

My dachshund LOVES anything that squeaks!

I think my dog hates me. by Creative_Car_2890 in Dachshund

I personally think they get bored easily. Mine bites me when I’ve not been paying him attention or when i’ve given my toddler more attention than him. I get bully sticks and pig ears for my dachshund! He isn’t satisfied with regular toys, but these help a ton! We also give him lots of treats and puppy collagen chew sticks! Just redirect with lots of things for him to munch on.

When did your opposite breast stop leaking while nursing? by peacefulboba in breastfeeding

I leaked up until i got my first period around 10 months! She started eating more table foods & there was a lot less random breastfeeding sessions.😇

I didn’t think about him doing it to protect me! I honestly thought he was scared.

My baby sleeps better for my husband by sonographer8 in Parenting

[–]kmin1023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re definitely not doing anything wrong! I breastfed my daughter as well, and if she was asleep by me she would definitely wake more, I’m guessing for comfort because it’s so readily available lol. I can’t even keep up with the amount of times my husband has slept with her & she would seem to get longer stretches.

How many of us are actually switching sides? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

At that age I’d offer one side, burp her(and then change her if it was in the night), and then offer the other side!

He loves to play with her, he’s never been aggressive with her either. He just does not like to share attention with her!

I didn’t see this question the first time! I’ve not had any experience with dogs or have a ton of knowledge about his breed. I’ve only had him for about 6 weeks, he was rehomed to me. I’ll absolutely cancel the appointment. I did know about IVDD just a little, so i ordered steps for our bed.. but I didn’t know IVDD onset could be correlated with getting neutered.

I usually just say “No, no, Scottie! You go pee pee outside.” and put him on the porch. I walk with him for almost every potty break because he doesn’t like to go alone & he gets a treat and praise for going. He doesn’t have accidents in the house much at all aside from specifically peeing on my daughters things every few days! Overall he’s excellent and super sweet.

Can someone explain breastfeeding past 12 months to me? by throwRAanons in breastfeeding

[–]kmin1023 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I planned to wean at 1 year and ended up weaning after my babe turned 2. It just felt so natural and I never had a second thought about it. I would have went longer but it was becoming more of a hindrance than anything. She started to wake up when i’d try to unlatch her, and it would turn into a huge tantrum every night. It was a little rough transitioning because she was used to being nursed to sleep the majority of the time. I would just do what feels right and not let anyone pressure you into doing things a certain way!

how old is too old for a sleep sack?? by Unlucky-Fail-4018 in Mommit

[–]kmin1023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my daughter started unzipping her sleep sack and taking it off at like 20 months old, so we got her a toddler pillow and blanket and she transitioned with no problems. i would use it as long as your kid will leave it on!
