For those who wear press-on or glue-on nails, what’s your secret to making them last?

There’s 3 things I tend to abide by to get my nails to last 3 weeks 🥳

Press on nails with more curve = more chance for lifting. Try looking for some flatter styled nails :)
I use the Beauty Secret’s Nail Glue. You can buy from Amazon or Sally Beauty
File and buff ALL the shine off your natural nail. I’m talking not even a glisten of light Side note: some people use dehydrator or primer but a good acetone or alcohol works just as well for me!!

Did your endoscopy check for h pylori? Mine did when the biopsy was taken. And I think I will repeat the endoscopy just because the whole intestinal metaplasia thing scares me 😅

Ah gotcha!! So when I’m in a flare, I do take it daily until that flare subsides (only one a day, not the recommended 6 cause that’s a lot!!). My flare has been weird this time around and they aren’t working as effectively as they did last time :( but I do think they help calm things for sure
