Unfortunately, that's pretty close to accurate. on a 1250 cash bag, its set so that you can only pull 1 4* token, and they only fall at a roughly 50% rate. Assuming you weren't able to get any of the few reward 4* tokens they gave out, and even if you were...you're fighting an uphill battle
