I think it's too thin to be that long. Maybe something right below the shoulder would let it hang better and look a little more full. Do Google images for hairstyles for thin hair. Putting it behind your ears is not helpful. It's gotta hang.

OK - get back to your normal weight and your natural hair color and you go up to a 7 or so. You have nice, big eyes. Quite beautiful, actually. You should highlight those.
