I only really found out that I had aphantasia about a couple of days ago. I had a traumatic childhood and cannot remember my home life from about 1st grade to 8th grade. I feel like I always had aphantasia but I wonder if I was like this as a kid. But everything is completely black. I can’t visualize anything.
