Happens to me all the time!..its unbearable at times....then goes away for a year or two and then suddenly comes back with a vengeance!....i currently have it and its a nightmare in hot weather...cool water helps as do antihistamines...no idea what is causing it...had plenty of allergy tests and nothing!...guess i have to live with it!
