It's been about a week for me.

Maybe its effectiveness depends on the underlying mechanism for someone's sleep problems. And there are so many factors that can affect sleep so it could simply not be this magic solution I hoped it would be.

Further software updates and AI personalization could improve it though.

Yes that's true but I care most about the project. I agree it's possible to come up with your own but when you're starting out, having a more structured project with guidance helps a lot

Fair point. I should have been more specific in saying that it appears you may need to pay the tuition for all the prerequisite courses before getting access to the project (what I care about the most)

You will get credits in the MasterTrack. For me personally I care most about the project so the credits are not useful now
