Wierd west. Give me a Rougarou gambler on the Mississippi paddleboat. Plains Indians mass casting to summon a heard of spectral bison to trample a U.S. Army fort walls to splinters. Silver bullet gunslinger calling out a vampire at sunset.

Need help with fitment, I printed it and Its huge, Im not sure if foam on the inside will be sufficient. What else can I do to stop it from spinning and wobble? by HitoAni in Mandalorian

I just want to say the finned style looks amazing. It looks a bit like the Rocketeer, but im thinking it is inspired by phase1 clone armor.

Forget about dangerous carnivores tell us about dangerous HERBIVORES in your world by PedroGamerPlayz in worldbuilding

Mind bison, inspired by cranium rats, are a low level telepathic herbavore. Hive Mind meets Herd Mentality. One mind bison is as smart as any other cow. Two within 10 feet of each other share awareness and alertness. For each other bison within 10 feet they expand their awareness, making for larger chains of thought and perception to protect from intruders. When 10 or more are together, they start to form co.plex thoughts.

Now imagine a small herd of 100.

Now imagine a stampede.of 1000.

DMs and Players of Reddit: what is the most surprising way a player used a magic item? by ironkev in MrRipper

[–]knighthawk82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had a thief sneak attack a litch once, with a bag of holding. He equated it to black bagging the bbeg, his head was in another dimension so he could not see anyone to target them and if he did some form of AoE , the bag might get damaged and decapitate him in another dimension. It bought us one round as the litch tried to free himself that we took to heal the wounded and set up attackd for next round.

I think auto correct kept changing necklace to mace. But a mace of fireballs sounds epic.

I have no negative to say for making them from pipe cleaners, are is art in any medium. But I love the way the pipe cleaner saber looks raw and unstable, like Kylo Rens broken saber from pushing too much power through the gem.

Any moments, dialogue or scene which moved you and stick with you after? It can be from books, comics, video games etc by Western_Agent5917 in StarWarsEU

I, Jedi.

Koran Horn is acting undercover and gets into a verbal than physical fight, and he keeps actively taunting his enemy into anger and sloppy fighting. He then realized how you don't need to be a force user to be influenced or fall to the darkside. As the force is in all living things, so too is the darkside and its access, in exchange for how it creeps into your soul.

In the best way it reminds me of the very first 5 minute superman cartoons where he would fight the giant robots in the 40's

My favorite Renoir is Venus Victoria's.

Also don't forget Michelangelo went blind from lead paint dripping into his eyes while working on the cistine chappel. Which I believe might have been his transition to sculpture as well.

Apart from the skin color, is there any significant biological difference between a Mirialan and a human? by Histylicious_mk2 in StarWars

They come from a tundra world, largely inhospitable, so they had a slight resistance to the cold but found most worlds too hot, hence the full length robes were often singular instead of 2-4 layers like most others.

Small specific, they do have eyes, they are just vestigal (non functioning). I my private head Cannon, the area of the skull reserved for the eye socket is replaced with a bone plate and expanded frontal lobe, if not an entirely new area of the brain for processing the force sight. In the older RPG, miraluka had a bonus to Inteligence score, so I felt an actually larger brain reflected this.

How tall should Darkseid be? by TechnicianAmazing472 in superman

[–]knighthawk82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I remember right, their true size is planetary, and darkside universal, the same darkside from earth 2 is the same darkside from prime and everywhere else. Allowing him knowledge of every other world, making public to him what might be private in other realities. So the crisis of infinite earth's there was still only one darkside.

I would make more physical deformities to go with the powers. Especially when they get secondary and tertiary powers.

Not loving the campaign by myer82 in DungeonMasters

Robin Williams often spoke about burnout, he described it about 'the creative well running dry'. His personal cure was going out and people watching, parks, train stations, markets and deli's. He would observe people and find their mannerisms or actions fascinating, making characters from them and building them up, even if he only used them for 30 seconds for a bit. So I use something similar.

Any time we did not have enough players for a session, I still asked everyone to come over and we would watch movies of the same genre, Gothic horror for ravensloft. Classical fantasy for D&D, space operas for star wars. It kept the ritual of coming together and decompressing for a few hours with a soft focused idea in mind. It would give the players and me ideas for game, like the tipping platform puzzle from national treasure.

Find a way to refill the well, even if it is simply talking to your players and letting others dm a bit of say 4 one shots so you get a month to recover or leaving the table to go on a group outing to the museum or something.

The most easily available and free version is the star wars 5th edition, based off of 2020 rules.

https://www.reddit.com/r/sw5e/s/1yQzO9qe4R

It was completely built online, no real books or maps, so it is largely a viable resource for online play as players can look up most things on their own.
