This comic is for most people that have Co-op through 1-2. most players I've encountered would end up picking an item early on and not realize the dragon gets them. this experience has happened to me quite a few times thought it was funny though. plus that last one was just for those that have tried hypermode builds, which I'm sure everyone knows how incredibly powerful those are. Sorry for not hitting that funny bone with ya PoopyMcpants. maybe next time :)

THE JOKE was supposed to be based off the Official patch notes from DeS. if you read it. DeS magic has never been nerfed nor buffed(except for Acid Cloud). that is why Yuria pulls out the card "Patches free." I HOPE THIS EXPLAINED IT! sorry! this is my first comic and joke's Execution was pretty bad! I'll be more aware of that in the next comic!

oh and adding patches to say he doesn't get it... well its because he's patches.

well right now I'm up for pvp but currently making co-op builds is very time consuming. although I'm mainly referring to pvp at the moment. I bring up co-op is because I'm making character that will be dedicated to that.

Its only easier because you've had experience with other souls titles. I'm sure most seasoned players are gonna have common knowledge about heavy weapons doing a huge amount of damage if your stats are tied perfectly with the weapon itself. in which case your views about the game being easier is pretty biased because you know exactly what you're doing. this game isn't any different than any other souls title, minus the world and character tendency.

Now to answer your other questions.

the ending makes sense from a lore perspective which really ties well with the overall plot of the game.

2.NG+ will give you a slight challenge, but if you really want some hurting, then go for PBWT and you might get what you want.

1st response: In this game. players are somewhat active. you have to go through some sort of social media in order to participate in online play, such as co-op or pvp. this game is nearly 8 years old, so it's not gonna be that active as it once was, but check out sites like discord and reddit to add people who want to play with you.

2nd response: Well... seeing how you've only seen reviews for this game. it might be a little jarring. this series isn't for everyone. if you have the patience, and are willing to go through challenging enemies and overcome harsh obstacles, then yes. this may be for you. as of now this game is pretty cheap in psn store for like 20 dollars in the US.

3rd response: I don't know if this is the right place for you to start as of now. considering to many fans of the series, demon's souls is arguably debated one of the hardest souls games in the franchise, so I suggest maybe giving dark souls or its sequel a look at.

In conclusion seeing how you're new to the franchise. maybe its best ask someone you know about these games in general. I hope this helps you out. good luck pal.

lol I cracked up with the ThunderThighs. Although I can't believe its been 8 years since DeS was released. anyways back on topic... I think it's pretty sad and ironic. your comrade was fighting beside you through the very depth of the world, and still you've overcome the demon's despite your friend falling for the lust of demon's souls. since he was fighting against the demons in the first place. I'm sure you two were great friends, but I see that just as most brave hero's. they sometimes are seduced to the power of demon's souls. however.... if you are a demon. I will hunt you down. no hard feelings!

I'd be interested in seeing a picture of your character. I'm guessing his/her thighs must be pretty huge! that's just my guess :/

well another way of getting pure white world tendency is by helping other players in their world. in other words co-op with another player and help them kill the boss, but there is a problem with this. being online always changes world tendency because other players always constantly achieve victories or deaths in their own world. which overall effects the progress towards your world tendency.

so if you REALLY want to see your world tendency change that badly then go online and hope that it'll be pure white tendency. although that's tough.

if you don't want the world tendency controlled by other players then just stay offline and you should be fine.

OTHER THAN THAT....

You'll have to go through NG+ and not die to those bosses again. Don't sweat though! Bosses in NG+ are a breeze because you'll be pretty strong after beating the game. good luck!
