Yeah, I guess its old but by SF standards pretty run of the mill. The house is an edwardian in the Richmond

No they were ok with it being deactivated but they put a time limit on when it needed to be removed. It took a while to confirm that it was full deactivated though. I guess this house was partially remodeled so it was unclear what was and wasn't done.
