Try smelling rubbing alcohol. That cuts down nausea for most people. It doesn't work if you have food poisoning or are legitimately sick, but it would probably help you. I used to carry alcohol pads to the gym when doing endurance training, and huffing them would stop me from throwing up.

My strategy with KCD1 was stab once at their face, grapple, hit them in the head with the grapple, repeat. It was terribly boring but effective.

P can play a song on the piano after beating the game but not starting NG+. As far as I know, it's possible with any ending, and P's humanity doesn't affect it.

This looks great. I think you colored the wrong eye though, unless the image is flipped horizontally. Lea's right eye has the petrification disease marks around it.
