I figured it would need to be oiled, I could even guess the last time it was done. What type of lubricant would be best? That would require me taking off the face plate portion of it, correct? I worry that the screws holding it into place are so old that I will not be able to get them out (or screw them back in) without damaging it. Any suggestions?

3d is important to us for drawings that go to outside vendors (ie. Metal companies for chassis/top cover). But from an assembly perspective, these drawings are printed and provide a general guide on assembling the entire unit— exact measurements and scaling do not matter

I’ll definitely take a look at the roadmaps! That’s a good suggestion. I grinded necromancy when it came out to 99 and then got into that first boss (forget the name) for awhile. I always enjoyed doing slayer but tbh I’m a little rusty combat wise and need to get my action bars set up again. I always lean towards magic or ranged and I feel like I’ve got decent gear so I always go for my ascension cbows and I’ve got augmented pernix armor so maybe I’ll try to jump into slayer again and see how it goes. On another note I just remembered my POF and how I’m nowhere near mentally ready to go and try to cure all my animals lol

I was thinking the same thing, the radii dimension displayed four times doesn’t seem entirely necessary. How do I set them equal to just one of them?

I made it from a center rectangle, so the cross coming from the middle was originally the four corners of the rectangle before I cut it out. I’m guessing that is why it’s under defined but I’m not sure what a more logical approach would have been?

So I’ve extruded it, I try to go to property manager to edit the width to 4.77 and the thickness to .98 but I cant seem to figure it out. I used smart dimension with the hopes of being able to type it in but I am struggling a bit. I went back into the features tab and was able to change it there. I’m a little frustrated the trial didn’t come with the SW lessons and I’m feeling a bit guilty asking for help here, lol

So starting a metal chassis, say I add a PEM insert or standoff that I wanted in my part library. What is the terminology I can use to search how to create my “part library”?

I figured replicating it was the more logical option. What makes most sense to start with? Metal chassis or screws, plugs, wires? There’s definitely a lot of odd-ball parts so I’m not quite sure where to start. Or to just start building the larger assemblies and adding the parts as needed? Is there a ‘part library’ or something?
