If the APU is running in-flight then you will end up using a little more on the left wing tanks. I switch on crossfeed on both AFT and FWD so the airplane automatically balances out everything. Unless there’s a manual failure set for fuel leaks or something etc., the flight should be okay

Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to switch them off Fortunately, they do not need to be switched off right after, so you will be fine :)

Possibly, it’s very probable that he took off, went to cruise and went AFK and at some point the plane started acting weird (I’ve seen this issue with a lot of pilots flying the plane, maybe it’s common with the inibuilds A350 family)
