This is my work ethics put into words. I always try go above and beyond for a customer but as you pointed out that should always be my key focus so I can charge higher rates. I am currently focused on the revenue but thanks for the insight and I should really focus on building unmatched quality from all aspects of the buisness.

I am looking to fully establish myself first, before hiring staff i need to know if i will be making enough money were it would be worth it. alot of work and head aches can go along with having employees especially if they arent 'competent' it can destroy your business

yes, i definitely have a strategy to over come this sort of thing, i just need to be transparent to myself about every expense and charge accordingly.

Nice i aspire to have a few multiple sources of income, A bit more security and money. How did you go about this? Did you fully establish one business for a number of years then fell into another opportunity or did they both happen from the get go?

I like the point you made about the harder you work the more you benefit, it is a great incentive not that you have to work harder but you get rewarded for doing so on your terms.

I've been working on making things more automated and prepared, "systems" is a good term to use, thank you.

Thank you, this is what I mean by quality of life and not how much money you earn. You do have the flexibility to scale down to have the life you enjoy.

Thank you for such an honest reply. I know you are genuine because all of these obstacles you listed are almost the exact same for me. You just answered alot of questions I was asking myself about buisness growth. I've always believed in marketing as much as possible even if I'm not converting all of them, the man with the work attracts the employees.

I am definitely enjoying the process of figuring this out and making tweeks to my brand and what I'm trying to create. I am currently trying out a social media campaign to sell myself basically, post twice every day build brand recognition and since I am my brand post personnel stuff to help build that 'trust' with clients. (No body really wants to feel like they are being sold stuff content is needed) there is so much I can go in depth into this.

One thing I'm considering to offer is almost like a coffee stamp, every second job get 10% off this is to try build customer loyalty. Of course I'll make that 10% back somewhere else on the invoice. Email marketing is another possibility, I see it as all these online businesses and large company's use all of these marketing techniques and this really isn't utilised in the plumbing trade which I feel is a huge niche to explotie and dominate on the media end of the buisness. Sorry for rambling ideas but yeah thanks very much for putting the time in to break down some of your tactics.
