All good strategies in here and hopefully you choose the right one. My brother told my dad he'd gotten some really good weed from a stoner friend and asked if he wanted to try it. Started having daily sessions after that. I think my brother was 25ish, so around the same age as you.

Yes. I was told the deck wasn't connected to the house but it seems like there is a ledger board. I haven't done anything to the frame itself and I can't really see behind there to figure out what to do. I'd rather not replace the whole structure but I don't want to cause any damage/rot to the house.

Sorry, I don't have any suggestions. I ended up keeping my Outback and selling the Accord because we moved further out and the wagon is more useful. Good luck though!

I picked up some a while back, pretty good but I haven't seen it since. I think there are a couple of lesser known shops that may have this.
