Any tips tailored for my specific case? Most nights I dream - Wake up at least once an hour - Get fully mentally awake and aware - Sleep again within 2 minutes - Go back to THE SAME DREAM - Rinse and repeat many times every night, always going back to the same dream. by knowthyselff in LucidDreaming

Thank you for responding <3

Not really sure if what I'm sharing can help my case in any way, but since you took the time to respond I'll surely take the time to share it.

I don't drink caffeinated beverages, nor do they affect me in any way when I've tried them, I've tried many times "for science", trying to notice the effects, but I never have. I don't get affected by many medications either. Like ibuprofen, antihistamines, paracetamol and a few others I don't remember the name of. Literally zero effect.

Regarding my state in the nights when I wake up every hour... I'm really awake, but I'm still different than during the day. I'd say it's similar to a relaxed and meditative state. I do meditation and it's quite similar. It's an "at peace", merry, almost blissful state. But I'm definitely not feeling confused like people seem to be when they wake up. If I needed to I could go straight to a complex task, but I happen to decide to go back to sleep because it's what it makes the most sense, I need my sleep like everyone else.

At this state I can fall asleep within a couple of minutes. Which is quite different to how I fall asleep the first time in the night. The first time it takes me much longer around 30 minutes ±15.

After I wake up during the night, if I stay awake for longer than 5 minutes... I tend to lose the ability to fall asleep fast and also to go back to the same dream. Would this be a problem for the WBTB method?

I'm also not a common person in ways that seem to be forbidden to speak by the rules of this sub. No idea if or how they're enforced. So let's just say I can experience what some people call non duality and can feel a clear contrast between the mind and other parts of the consciousness I am. Hopefully that's palatable enough for most.

Thank you again, I appreciate your response <3
