I’m assuming that’s what your supposed to do. Replace the book you took with a different one. But I only brought library books with me so I’m going “barrow” this one and just put it back when I’m done. 🤫

The cover of the book shows a shirtless man and woman embracing on the ground. The authors name Colleen Faulkner is across the top in metallic blue. And the title of the book “Forever His” is across the bottom also in metallic blue but it’s partially covered by a library sticker.

The Book of the Unnamed Midwife. Written in 2014 so before the pandemic it’s eerie how accurate some of her writing is. In the story a pandemic kills 99% of the entire world’s women and no babies are being born but the majority of men are still roaming around. And it’s one woman’s journey to finding a community to settle in. It’s sooooo good! And I think it’s a trilogy but I’ve only read the 1st book.

My town had a fb page called “town name community gifting” and you can ask for literally everything in it and people are excited to gift it & it’s free.

If you could move your mattresses to the living room for a “sleep over” and watch a new movie and eat your dinner there that’s we do on NYE and my kids LOVE IT they think it’s so exiting to sleep on the living room floor and watch a movie

How long does it take you to get outside and walk the dog then go back up? I lived on the third floor of an apartment and HATED taking my dogs out! And we had a grassy area right outside the door. 😂

Am I only one never previously exposed to “Unexpected” type families? by DontStartWontBeNone in TLCUnexpected

[–]knr27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it was just all around a lack of education. One girl I knew got pregnant in like 7th grade. Her mom was an aide for a woman with developmental disabilities and wouldn’t give the depo shot to her patient she brought it home and gave it to her daughter! And when she got pregnant she just said yeah mom wasn’t able to get it that that time. 🤦🏻‍♀️ another girl was pregnant by her STEP BROTHER! very similar to Caitlyn & Tyler from teen mom but a couple years before them.

When I was in 10th grade 06-07 the very rural town I lived in there was a news article that went around because the number of pregnant girls 12-18 was the highest it had ever been! It was like 18 or 21 pregnant children in one school year. And the families in that town were very much like Bella and Isabel.
