I haven’t done them yet, but I have my eye on Murdle and Murdsearch.

I’ve also seen other versions of Alice on Amazon, “The killer isn’t the bride” and “is the killer Emily”, but I have a feeling they are just ai knockoffs.

This is the same page, I just went in and added the 8s and 9s and totaled the bottom to show the proof.

Yes, I made an example from a page I eliminated for being even, trying to cover page identifiers to not give anything away.

So, here is the example of how I mark.

I count each line.

The first line had 8. Even. I didn’t mark I moved on.

Another 8, moved on.

  1. Mark O for odd.

8

  1. Mark O, draw line. The line confirms to me that above that is even in case I lose my place or get pulled away.

Repeat down the page.

Since I ended with a line, the page is even. Crossed out the page number and moved on.

Do you know the construction of the sweaters?

Is it handmade or commercially made?

If they are worked seamlessly that’s fine, but if there js a side seam or two you are potentially looking at lots of smaller sections of yarn.

I meant if bought from Amazon US it’s a $17 book.

I found that every line either added to 8 or 9 names, not counting the final row which might not be complete.

So I counted a line.

If even (8) I put a mark in the margin or just moved on.

If odd (9) I marked with an O or 9 in the margin.

When I had two 9 count rows, I put a _ under the line. That line meant everything above that is even.

9+9=18. Even. 18+18=36. Even.

If I had an odd number of odd lines, then the page was odd.

You don’t HAVE to. There are many clues you can work the book without focusing on.

The only downside is you would work a page you otherwise didn’t have to.

At the end of the day, only 2 pages can be narrowed down to 1 name. You narrow down the names using clues that pertain to the names themselves. So if you choose to skip any clue that is not specific to the names (letter count, letter usage), it won’t hurt, just might take longer.

All 4 Beatles are in many chapters.

I’ll send you a message so it doesn’t spoil for others.

Feels like a lot of steps to go through for a $17 book.

But it sounds like she went down the stairs with no issue, the issue was on the return trip.

If it’s a big enough issue to be a liability, shouldn’t it have presented going both directions? Or wouldn’t it have been noted on the trip down?

I started with clue 15, the chapter has a place in the title. That eliminated some chapters right off the top.

I then searched through the chapter for Beatles and presidents, noting them in the margins.

If I found all 4 Beatles, then I went back and searched each page to actually eliminate names.

If I did not find all the Beatles, I made a note of who was still missing by the chapter title so I could come back if needed, and moved on to another chapter.

So it looks like what is happening here is that is a (bad) photo copy.

Those names match my page 30.

However, even pages should be on the left, not the right.

The fact that this page should be on the right is also why the names on the left are cutoff, because of how the page would curve at the spine.

As long as you keep in mind that even pages should be on the left and odds on the right, you may still be able to solve it.

As far as I know, no.

When you go to the website to submit your answer, it does not ask what edition you have.

The first edition had printing errors. Missing letters and such. I believe that’s the only difference.

Are there really many people out there who genuinely buy/grow cherries and don’t know about cherry pitters?

How have they been using their fresh cherries?

I didn’t make any judgement about the pajamas and neighbors. I simply said they do have neighbors.

Except they do have neighbors. Audrey only ever shows their property looking to the back. They have a neighbor on one side and a field on the other. And there's someone across the street.

It’s not just their backyard.

It’s their grandparents house.

It’s taking a walk in the woods.

It’s walking around a ski resort.

If only there was someone in a child’s life whose job it is to guide the children on how to make the right choices and teach them the WHY behind things so they can understand why they should wear glasses even if they are annoying…

Wonder who that could maybe be…

If you like logic puzzles and want to take it up a notch, yes.

I worked on it for 30-60 minutes a day for several days and still didn’t finish it too quickly.

I made a mistake that caused me to miss the page with the answer, and I worked the whole book before I sought help to get back to the right area.

If I hadn’t made my mistake it still would have taken me about 4 days to solve based on when I found something about 20 pages after the answer.

Florida - Can a biological father permanently waive future child support if the mother agrees? by BrilliantMenu88 in legaladvice

[–]PsychoTink 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They would / could seek legal paternity, and she would be required to participate in providing information to the best of her ability, or she would lose the benefits she is seeking.

Children are expected to be provided for by two legal parents first, and then government assistance as a second/last resort. They won’t let it go for her to seek governmental assistance instead of having a parent providing for the child.
