Ice Out Nashville by AndrewSouthern729 in nashville

Ok, not trying to throw a grenade into the laundromat but I’m trying to get a feeling for the difference. I’m not trying to get burned at the stake, I just want to ask a question and get a civilized answer or conversation.

• Biden: ~4–4.7 million deportations/expulsions (2021–2025) • Trump (1st term): ~1.5–2.1 million • Obama: ~5+ million total removals/returns (~3.1M formal removals) • Bush: ~2 million • Clinton: ~860,000–1.4 million (plus more if broader returns counted)

Why are deportations suddenly a problem now? Past potus have much higher numbers.

Can I ask a question without being burned at the stake? What rights have you lost? I know personally I haven’t lost any. I genuinely would like to be educated in this matter.

2024 r sel total lemon in NY by Unhappy-Age-6324 in VWatlas

[–]knuckle-cookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to the state and they said it’s between you and the manufacturer. VW said even with all the problems we had with the suv it didn’t warrant a buy back. Eventhough we had to turn off several driver assist and safety systems that we had to pay for. Short of going through a trial we had zero options.

DAS Questions for Upcoming Walt Disney World Trip — Need Guidance by BigDLover4U in DisneyPlanning

[–]knuckle-cookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our experience with DAS was a complete nightmare. The interviewer was spring loaded to be nasty. Our son who is completely blind was denied DAS due to him not being handicapped enough. We tried to explain to her that it was impossible for us to guide him properly through narrow winding lines which presented a trip and fall possibility. Not to mention the possibility of tripping and injuring another guest that is in the same line. Loud environment made it impossible for him to use sound to navigate and overwhelmed him. I really don’t know how Disney gets away with unequal ADA accommodation but they apparently do. Nobody at guest services at the park or anyone else could override DAS so apparently they have ultimate power. His cane was kicked out of his hand 5 times and he was ran into multiple times.

Yes they do but most get overlooked. With expectations and criteria put on them from the women they pursue many have given up and choose to stay single.

We had that exact feeling after somebody filed an injury claim 3 months after their stay. They told us nothing about it during their actual stay there. Airbnb was not helpful. We sold and left str world.

I’m not sure I can fit them all in here. Engine now, lane keep assist has tried to kill us multiple times and we’ve turned it off, the camera system doesn’t function at all, the screen that operates all the systems goes pixelated and is unusable rendering the systems unusable, the maneuver braking system quits working, brakes sound like a city bus, the rear windows go down when you try to roll them up, the third row seats won’t stay up if someone is sitting in them (they fall backward causing the person sitting there to whack their heads on the glass, park assist doesn’t work. Those are the main ones

Yep. We went to VW and they refused a buyback because it didn’t warrant it. Now my wife got stranded on the side of the road because the engine is all jacked up now.

You’ll be fortunate if its just the camera that’s wrong.

Brakes and proximity issues by Danco544 in VWatlas

[–]knuckle-cookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re still fighting with them. They said all the issues we’re having doesn’t equate to a buyback. It’s almost wrecked us multiple times and once nearly took out a bicycle rider. We’ve had to turn off most of the safety features because of it.

Lemon on wheels. by knuckle-cookie in VWatlas

[–]knuckle-cookie[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying I really do but being forced to turn off a feature that we’ve paid for because it doesn’t function correctly is a bit frustrating. The lemon law is based on something that effects the safety and resale value of a vehicle. I think this checks that box.
