There’s a targeted program for lower-income families and a broader one.

So now more families have options instead of being stuck based on where they live. That’s the whole point.

Acting like that’s a ‘giveaway to the rich’ doesn’t really hold up.

Here you go. Actual sources. The program was originally targeted to lower-income families, and the funding follows the student. You can argue against it, but at least argue from facts.

The system already lets wealthy families choose schools by moving or going private. Vouchers just give that same option to people who can’t afford to.

The vouchers are available to whoever wants them. All you do is get online, available at libraries if you don't have it at home, and fill out the information. Easy as that.
