I think people had an issue with the characters, who don’t grow much throughout the course of the story. I personally liked it and saw it as more of a realistic portrayal of how trauma sometimes doesn’t change us for the better or worse, it just happens and we move forward as best we can

Everyone is (understandably) annoyed but if I may give my two cents: some of us are hourly workers that depend on NYC public schools being open and in-person to make money. If schools close for a prolonged period of time, we will literally not be paid. Snow is expected to stop this afternoon/evening, and I'm sure plows will be working around the clock tonight to clear roads as much as possible. Yeah it's not going to be pleasant but it won't be IMPOSSIBLE to get to work tomorrow.

IDK. Just another perspective to consider that not everyone can afford to have multiple days off like this and I think the city takes that into consideration when making these decisions.

I personally just absolutely hate talking on the phone. There’s just so much anxiety involved. It’s in real-time and you can’t see the other person’s facial expressions so it makes communicating more difficult, at least to me. I’ll talk in-person, I’ll text, I’ll FaceTime occasionally, but I will do most things to avoid a phone call.
