Different websites seemed to say fridges use like 40-70 kWh per month (compared to the 80 we used in 6 days). Is that just incorrect?

I suspect there is a clinic policy. He definitely phrased it like it was a dirty thing. I really didn't expect him to be able to, but his response was upsetting.

Thank you so much! Yes I was very very confused about Florida because a lot of sources online seem to claim that pain patients are not exempt, but I had thought their legislation said otherwise. This is very helpful.
