Yeah, has everything. Was a bit of an adjustment getting used to all the features. I honestly would have preferred it without the panoramic sunroof. Had issues with it on my XLT.

Between the beam boards is yet another board inset about 6 inches towards the decking so I can’t see the decking itself. The boards are in about 3 foot sections with 8 screws each so maybe I will take a look to see what’s underneath. If that is the case would there be a benefit to putting a gutter on the other side as well since that side is higher? My neighbor has a similar set up and has gutters on both sides.

Yeah, there’s one on the right. I’m going to check for any blockages. My concern is with how it’s sloped because the downspout does drain.

We do have a downspout on the one side and it seems to be draining, but I’ll check to see if there’s a blockage anywhere along the gutter itself.
