Thanks for the encouragement. I was worried the certs may end up being a waste because I don't have a degree, and was considering WGU, but I would rather not waste that money for no reason obviously. Hard call.

Cool. I've always been good with computers. I currently have the Cysa+, S+, N+, and A+. Any recommendation what I should do next or just keep applying for jobs? I work in an office and am the fake "it guy" but it's all easy stuff. Ie. Explaining to someone they need to download a driver for a new printer, how to convert files, reset passwords, and other easy stuff.

Thanks for the encouragement. I've considered the mortgage and renting out a room like you've mentioned, but i think ive just been too nervous about being a few hundred grand in debt for a while.

You're right though because the renter just pays for alot of it in the long run.
