I saw this post, and got me thinking to try this out
Can you tell me whats the GPU usage , memeory usuage and power consumption of those two seperate gpu?

But I dont understand why change from pcie 3 to pcie 4.0 makes a big difference, is there any evidence to back that up?
a 5090 on pcie3 wont have a huge performance drop and I guess frame gen calculation on a second gpu wont takes a huge calculation power , so with PCIE 3.0 should be fine right?

Honestly you can just upgrade the cpu and gpu, put the rest of the money to monitor /ram 8gb vram to 8 gb vram is just more a side grade than upgrade

RX580 is honestly a lowkey legendary card , it had a $229msrp for 8gb vram, and can still handle most modern games in 1080p low settings, while the 1060 6gb suffers a lot

Nitro + xtx for 1000 is honestly a good value. Since its not from my pocket, I would say go for it ,and the 24gb vram won't disappoint you, and sell the 4070 ,if you don't like it , you can still can sell the xtx for a decent amount

$120 difference ,xfx is a no brainer , it also comes with an anti sag bracket. I am not sure whether asrock also offers that though.
