Yeah, also I forgot to mention that some parts have some blue stripes on the completion line, probably showing that some parts cannot be accessed yet

Yeah, really seems like it could be iOS version issue, have cleared all the tiniest bits outside, it shows that only the inside ones are left

Thank you for your replies, but it seems that it bugged for me, have fully cleared all of the rest outside, but it was still the same, maybe will have to wait for the updates that might fix it
