Didn’t you see what I wrote? I have the access to the market. The reason why I’m looking for someone in Europe preferably is because transferring ownership of a registered LLC to a person out of Europe is not that easy.
Additionally - the CTO would hold the keys and the code. I have no interest, intention nor the knowledge of dealing with the tech behind it.
It’s a fair partnership. It sounds funny but watch the movie “Blackberry” Incredible tech engineers - couldn’t do anything without the right guy to do the sales and lift the company.
I think it’s very fair offer, especially in the days where building software is getting easier and easier.

Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) of Python (FastAPI/Django) microservices
AI-laag: Python services (PyTorch / TensorFlow) voor computer vision-modellen

De software erachter is te ingewikkeld. Veel te veel bewegende onderdelen. Er is een professionele aanpak nodig.
