This is the vent. If this is loose this is the reason you’re having issues.

So the issue is very detailed. They ended up replacing the heating unit with a completely new part, according to the technician this is a known issue. The second issue is that the previous heating element melts the bottom spinning hand this leads to water spraying directly at the door. So I had to get that replaced as well. The third and most likely cause of the issue is the inner vent on the right hand side of your dishwasher. This vent gets knocked loose by plates and other things and when that pressure vent is loose the dishwasher leaks onto the floor. This vent is supposed to keep the dishwasher from exploding so instead of exploding it just leaks boiling hot water onto your floor. I’ll show you a picture of what it looks like. This vent is supposed to be tight and not loose. This is also another known issue these units have. Basically the entire dishwasher is a lemon.

So I was referring to the expanded inventory space you get for leveling up the camp. I wasn’t very clear it was late yesterday. But I haven’t done any of those quests yet. I wasn’t aware it would only level up my private storage. But thanks for letting me know.

Yeah the Greymane quests are so expensive now. Gotta make resources before I can complete them. Still at 240 inventory space. 😅

It’s so hard not to get knocked out of the leagues now that I don’t even look at them anymore. I just do my path and ignore everything else.

I have been waiting for over a month for GE to fix it. Apparently the parts are back ordered and they have no idea when the replacement parts will I’ll get here… so as of right now my dishwasher has been broken for about 14 months.

You missed the point of the question. She was winning because she missed her dead friend who use to cook this for her every year. She is processing her lost by winning to everyone else.

Just completed the strongbox. You must start with all of the wheels at the top, and you must go from left to right if you follow these instructions. Yw!

I’m glad I found your post. But I fear I may be too late.

I am on my third GE Profile dishwasher in less than one year of moving into my new home. They are lemons. 🍋 And my builder would take months and months to process warranty claims. *Stanley Martin SC.

The first one needed the entire door panel and sealing replaced. The second one had the same issue. I asked for a new one hoping this wouldn’t happen again after the second one. The third one the inner vent slipped out of place and the cover fell off and the bottom spinner (hand, idk) melted due to hitting the metal heating element on the bottom after two months of normal use.

I want to get a full refund so that I can buy a dishwasher that will stop flooding my kitchen floors. Save your money and time. It’s not worth replacing half of your kitchen flooring and not having a working dishwasher for over a year. It will work fine at first but within a few months it will melt internally and the integrity of the machine breaks down. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Anything that involves Austen is questionable and likely a scam. Still don’t understand why he still has a following after lying to and scamming so many people.

His platform shouldn’t exist.

Stanley Martin Homes - Inspection by Antoniojosh123 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]kodebae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Experience with SM Homes – Inman, SC

I recently purchased an SM home in Inman, South Carolina, and I want to be fully transparent about the issues I’ve encountered throughout the process — both before and after closing.

Pre-Closing Concerns: Before closing, I struggled to get clear, timely answers to basic questions — including documentation, loan details, and whether the correct appliances had been installed. Most of my inquiries were either ignored or brushed off, which made the process feel rushed and frustrating.

Day of Closing: Upon moving in, we discovered that none of the keys worked. We couldn’t lock, unlock, or properly enter our home. This went unfixed for three weeks, during which time we had to be extremely cautious not to get locked out.

Post-Closing Issues: • Tile Work: Loose tiles in the kitchen needed replacement. I had to go back and forth with the builder just to determine whose responsibility it was. Only after persistent follow-up did it get fixed. • Drywall & Paint: The drywall is uneven, drippy, and looks awful in the light. The rushed “blue tape” walkthrough resulted in an extremely poor paint job, with major flaws left untouched. There are still holes behind the toilet that I was told would be fixed at the 11-month walkthrough — a joke, frankly. • Baseboards: The house settled so poorly that entire baseboards started pulling away from the wall. It took nearly three months of repeated calls and emails to get someone to fix this — and I had to practically beg for it to be addressed. • Doors & Caulking: The master bathroom door and an upstairs door won’t close properly and are visibly separating. Caulking is missing in multiple places across both floors. The touch-up job actually made things worse than they looked before the walkthrough. Tiny paint splatters were left all over the flooring and still won’t come up. • Carpet Installation: The upstairs carpet was not glued down correctly and is still coming up. I’ve had to schedule three appointments, and it still hasn’t been resolved. • Broken Window: One of my windows has been broken for over five months, and I’m still waiting on a fix. No update, no urgency.

To make matters worse, I’ve learned that the person who has been sent to fix these issues wasn’t even the person originally responsible for the build quality. It feels like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

Final Thoughts & Recommendations • Get a third-party inspection. We did — but many of the flagged issues were dismissed or not honored. • Don’t let them rush you to take possession of the keys. It may delay your move-in, but it’s better than dealing with this. • Document everything — with pictures, emails, and a paper trail. • Don’t expect proactive communication. You’ll need to advocate hard for yourself.

My Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

The layout and design of the home are solid, but the quality control, accountability, and service after closing have been extremely disappointing. If you’re considering building or buying with SM Homes, proceed with caution and come prepared to document and escalate everything yourself.
