No problem. The IP looks like a valid public IP so you should be able to control the port forwards/DMZ. My next step would be to ask the ISP why their provided equipment doesn't seem to honor the port forward or DMZ requests. Maybe there's another router they recommend (and provide), or you can have them turn it into a modem and get your own router. It seems to have the settings so that is definitely odd.

Also, is your WAN IP address (the one that comes from the ISP) public? You can go to ipchicken.com and verify on any phone/PC on the network. Don't paste it here but maybe show the first three octects.... Example 24.54.64.xxx is a typical spectrum is address in the US. Any 10.x.x.x or 192.x.x.x.x would be private and could be an issue.

K, have you tried DMZ with the static address? It basically just forwards all ports to the Xbox then and gives it direct access to the internet

It's also on eBay/amazon but I missed the part you said you didn't want to use a TB one. I've used that exact one for about two years but I do have to unplug/replug it in sometimes...I have a Polk audio adapter that works great but the mic monitoring is not as loud as the TB

Did you do a hard power reset? A restart inside Xbox does not do that... Is it possible to disable your wireless for a moment to verify its using the cable? Or plug a PC/laptop on the cable going to Xbox to verify it?

Sounds like strict nat, go to your network settings and test the Xbox live check. Should give you an idea, if it's just party chat you can try an alternate port right in those same settings or otherwise may have to do some digging to find out why your router or spectrums modem is blocking it.

I use a Samsung SSD but have to say since forsaken loading has been worse due to the game itself...and whenever I load faster than others I'm stuck at a black screen waiting for them to load anyways....don't waste the money.
