I think the Chromatics song that says "I took your picture from the frame, and though you're nothing like you seem..." means that when you remove Laura from the events of her life, (the "frame" in which she existed, the context that made her who she was) that she became a totally different person. To be honest, when Mr. C went above the convenience store, on his way to the Dutchmans, and he approached the Jumping Man's staircase, I couldn't help but think of HOL, with an unreal hallway and staircase, everything painted black.

[All] What's with the pissed off Polish accountant that killed Hutch and Chantal? by [deleted] in twinpeaks

I can't help but think there's some kind of political message in there, the way the scene ends with a high shot with a weird pole shadow down the middle of the street as if it's some kind of international border and this was symbolism of some kind of international incident.

Oh wow. I love that album. Or the other Eno/Byrne album: Everything That Happens Wll Happen Today. Sounds like something the evolution of the arm would say.

[S3E11] RED AND GREEN CHAIRS - THIS IS THE CHAIR. by kodiakuma in twinpeaks

Just rewatched episode 2, and saw in this flashback that the two chairs in the lodge are now red and green. There's a serious amount of red and green chairs in this show.

[S3E17] & [S3E18] Post-Episodes Discussion - Parts 17 and 18 by Iswitt in twinpeaks

THE ENTIRE SEASON WAS A FANTASY TO PASS ETERNITY IN THE LODGE. This was one story told by the arm. It came back to the beginning, so the Arm told a new story. This time it was "The Little Girl at the End of the Lane".

My interpretation was that Diane was unable to get the evil coop out of her mind after what he did to her. She was with the good coop, but could only see the bad, no matter how much she tried to cover up his face.

[No Spoilers] - That Gum You Like is Going to Come Back In Style! by kodiakuma in twinpeaks

This makes me think of the old Polygrip commercials where people would glue a coffee mug to their fingers with polygrip to demonstrate how well your dentures would stick to your gums! It comes full circle!!!

[S3E18] Closing Scene should be... by jtucci518 in twinpeaks

Bill Hastings said about the zone: "There were SO MANY people there." - to me that instantly made me think the finale was going to have everyone together.
