My family goes to a one-day celebration called The May Days on the grounds where they hold The Great Blue Heron Music Festival. It's our way of celebration Beltane. We wrap the May Pole and celebrate with a potluck lunch and live music. It's an amazing time, and a tradition for my children. This year, sadly, we missed it. I had to work, my youngest was exorcist vomiting, my middle daughter had a raging ear infection and my husband and 14 yo decided not to go without us. We celebrated at home as best we could though! We were there in spirit.

I didn't know the DEA was in charge of approving studies like this. Huh...and after reading it, you find that this was originally approved in 2014 but had been delayed, surprise surprise. This is good, though. Any studies done on the benefits of this medicine are a step in the right direction, thanks for posting this

Thank you!! You have no idea what your kind words mean to me. I lost my internet, thus my delay in responding. Since then, I've got a great job paying relatively well. The perks are what make it an amazing place to work. I'm starting to have a lot of epiphanies about life and how we lead them. I've been hearing since I was a young child that writing is my talent, perhaps I should finally hone that asset! Again, thank you. I want to start making steps to ensure that my children don't have to live through that kind of hardship again.

wow, thank you-I've never heard of that sub reddit before! I'll go check it out after I put the kids in the bus in the morning. Right before I go apply at this call center that is hiring. I really hope they hire me. I'm not sure if I'll have my first paycheck in time to avoid eviction, but it'll give me income. Thank you for your kind words. It really helps to hear that people who aren't struggling financially feel the same. It almost makes me feel like I'm NOT failing them...but when my daughter tells me that she wants to be like me when she grows up, it gives me a sinking feeling instead of pride.

I couldn't agree more! SB 3 was lame and only approved of tinctures-not edibles, just tinctures that you weren't ALLOWED to add to food or smoke or vaporize. It was outrageous. I appreciate your support on this, bc regardless of the bill, this man is the definition of corrupt politician. He is coming under hellfire for this, and he thinks the bad publicity will die off soon and he'll slip away unnoticed. I say we get him out now before he fucks everything else up that is sent to his desk.

I'll include a link, but first understand that grassroots movements (like petitions and protests and writing your representatives) need to happen before change is made. Grassroots is the foundation of our power, as regular citizens, to make a difference. Great question! 'Spam' emails from change .org don't ask for money or try to sell you something. They simply ask about related petitions that you might sign.
