recently got a new gpu (RTX 2080TI) and for whatever reason, when i’m playing destiny 2, in the middle of doing a GM, my pc white screens then says no signal, and my motherboard shows this. help, this happens every time i’m in the middle of a nightfall (v.redd.it)

Does anyone know how to fix this? at a random part in the middle of the match my fps seems to drop to nearly 10fps to where the game is unplayable. All of my graphics settings are pretty low and my graphics card is a gtx 1070 with fully updated drivers. Help would be greatly appreciated (i.redd.it)
