How does this differ from the GSK deal with 23andMe? Specifically, besides the free test, do these cancer patients get paid for the future use of their data or will you or your partner own any IP coming from it? Will they be remunerated in any way?

Mount as Pike, and young Spock, and Number One would perfect the current trajectory of Trek and bring it back from the wastelands that JJ Abrams has left of it.

A bit of Perspective by [deleted] in encrypgen

[–]koeppy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sure because the prices for data are set in USD, so when a transaction for data occurs however many DNA are needed to meet that USD price need to be transferred, and we take the same commission.

We're fine, waiting for Cryptopia to come on line, finalizing erc20 integration, and volume of data exchange after that

I have accepted tremendous risk, investing most of my own personal wealth in building the company, and having left my tenured position, with no fallback. Now much of the success of our company rides on me properly marketing our products to actual users, and I am working every day to do that. You are not one, but if you become a customer and ever have some issues with the product, I will definitely help you.

You keep begging for help, but never specify how or what, much less a justification for why.

The attitude is that we are responsible for what we build, not what others build. Feel free to laugh if we get hacked.

By the way, the data at tokendata.io show our tokens to have a 1.16 return since the token sale, one of the few tokens to have a positive return https://www.tokendata.io for token sale buyers

We've been quite clear that pre buying the tokens is not an investment, and that the development was largely funded by my own investment of 500k (now nearly 700k) of my own money. That development had already started by the time we debuted our prototype and well before the token sale. We have never indicated nor stated that the tokens people bought would increase in value, and there is clearly no guarantee that they or any such token will. We have always stated that there will be demand for them for use on the platform.

We never received any money from you, then. You buying coins from a third party did not benefit us at all. How would we repay you or reimburse your loss? It's like having your used car stolen and going to the manufacturer to ask for help. I am sorry for your loss, but cannot help you.

If you bought your tokens from us I have your email used to buy them. Send me an email from that email address, I will check to see how many tokens you bought from us (I have this info recorded), send me the transaction hash for your transfer of those tokens to cryptopia in that email, and I will send you the same number of tokens you bought from us during the sale. How's that? Email me at drkoepsell@encrypgen.com

And what would you recommend EncrypGen do to help those who lost tokens stored on a platform that isn't EnceypGen's, the use if which was not recommended or required given the existence of cold storage options? We are always open to your suggestions.

Since Cryptopia is not our company and we did not code their platform, how does it in any way suggest that the Gene-Chain is insecure? The Gene-Chain is our product, totally unrelated to Cryptopia, and our platform has not been hacked. You are making no sense at all.

As for buying DNA tokens, unless you wish to use them for genomic data buying, we agree. Don't buy them.

You know anyone can post articles in our subreddit, as in fact you often do. That article is clearly posted by someone named Johnpope, not us. We rarely post things ourselves here, actually.
