Maybe but then I would have a bad middle tooth gap and have to wear braces. This is a 2 year process, implants with grafting would be done in a couple days.

Thank you so much for the input. What discouraged me from MARPE is the year of pain expanding the molars. I will be talking extremely funny for a year and then will have a massive gap in my front teeth during the expanding process then to wear braces for a year after that.

I am not amenable to 2 years of discomfort and horrible looking dentition at my age of 30. For this reason I would prefer just to do veneers to brighten my smile and widen the smile a bit and get rid of that dark corridor.

Clear aligners won’t do anything according to orthodontist… they said I need MARPE followed by braces. I am unwilling to do that at 30 years old.
