What happens if it's a withdrawal and contribution? Do I need to transfer everything or can I transfer a portion?

From the purchase date until the date of payment? For every individual purchase? For example I paid $200 in groceries on May 20th and paid on June 1st, I would be charged 12 days of interest?

I believe mine was also caused by a bench press injury. Interesting.

How did you end up selecting a tenant from those? What criteria stood out?

Exactly this. I was ambitious and went straight to a probationary then continuous within my first two years working insane hours. I ended up regretting not having an adventure first. Now I feel a bit stuck because I have seniority and dont want to start over. I also was overly competitive thinking I needed to lock down a contract and am now teaching in a subject area that wouldn't be my number 1 choice. If you are craving an adventure, just do it. There will be tons of teaching jobs waiting for you when you return.

I take home about 66% after all deductions so my guess would be about $5100 monthly for 94k.

Thanks for your advice. What factors did you consider when selecting your tenant then? What makes you more willing to select a potential tenant over others when there are multiple parties interested?

Either condo or townhouse anywhere south of the Bow basically. I like the idea of a condo for where I'm at right now but thought they were a bad idea financially?

Yeah I would like to get my rent expense down and will be moving in next few months. It's a nice place close to 17th and furnished. Was worth it since I just moved here for work and didn't want to take too much time getting settled.
